LMA has appointed Wattle to deliver a new MemEx platform, combining Dynamics 365 CRM, Umbraco and Member Portal to transform member services.
The Loan Market Association (LMA), the leading representative body for the syndicated loan market in Europe, has appointed Wattle to deliver a new MemEx platform that will modernise its digital estate and create a connected experience across CRM, website and member portal.
The programme will begin with a comprehensive Discover & Design phase, bringing together stakeholders from across the organisation to define requirements, map member journeys and establish a clear blueprint for delivery. This collaborative approach will ensure the platform aligns with LMA's operational priorities while supporting its long-term strategic ambitions.
Built on Wattle's MemEx platform, the solution will combine Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the Umbraco CMS and the MemEx Member Portal into a single connected digital ecosystem. By unifying member data, digital services and online experiences, LMA will simplify internal processes, enhance member self-service and provide a scalable foundation for future growth.
The new platform will support every stage of the member journey, from membership management and communications through to website content, online services and member engagement. Bringing these capabilities together within a single platform will improve operational efficiency while creating a more consistent and intuitive experience for members.
As one of Europe's leading financial services membership organisations, LMA requires technology that can evolve alongside the changing needs of its members and the wider industry. The MemEx platform will provide the flexibility to support future innovation while enabling LMA to continue delivering high-quality services, knowledge sharing and professional engagement across its international community.
