IHPBA, a global association representing over 3,500 HPB surgeons and healthcare professionals, has appointed Wattle to deliver a new Global Digital Platform.

The International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (IHPBA) has appointed Wattle to deliver a new Global Digital Platform built on the MemEx platform.

Bringing together Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the Umbraco CMS and the MemEx Member Portal, the solution will create a single connected membership ecosystem that simplifies membership management, enhances member self-service and provides a scalable foundation for future growth.

The programme will begin with a comprehensive Discover & Design phase, ensuring the platform is shaped around IHPBA's operational needs, strategic objectives and the evolving expectations of its global membership community.

Representing more than 3,500 HPB surgeons and healthcare professionals across over 100 countries, IHPBA requires a platform capable of supporting members, regional associations and collaborative initiatives on a global scale. The new solution will modernise the organisation's digital estate, creating a seamless experience across CRM, website and member portal while improving operational efficiency and strengthening engagement with members worldwide.

The platform will also support IHPBA's long-term vision for international collaboration, providing the digital foundation for initiatives such as HPBridge and enabling the organisation to expand its educational programmes, research activities, mentoring opportunities and global professional network for years to come.
