CIH has appointed Wattle as its Strategic Digital Partner, providing onboarding, support and continuous improvement of its Umbraco website and customer portal.
The Chartered Institute of Housing is the professional body for people who work in housing. Its digital platforms play an important role in how it supports members, shares knowledge, promotes professional development and delivers services across the sector.
Wattle’s work will begin with a structured onboarding phase across CIH’s existing Umbraco website and portal. This will help both teams build a clear picture of the current setup, including the platform, integrations, hosting, support arrangements and any areas that need attention.
From there, Wattle will support CIH through ongoing managed services, with a focus on keeping the existing platforms running well while helping plan future improvements.
Wattle was selected because of the depth of its experience working with membership organisations, and its deep understanding of both Umbraco and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
