ArbAssoc has selected Wattle to deliver a new membership platform, bringing together CRM, website and member services to create a more connected digital experience.
The Arboricultural Association has selected Wattle to deliver a new membership platform that will modernise the organisation's digital services and support its long-term strategic ambitions. Built on the MemEx platform, the solution will combine Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the Umbraco CMS and the MemEx Member Portal into a single connected digital ecosystem.
The programme will begin with a comprehensive Discover & Design phase, bringing together stakeholders from across the Association to define requirements, map member journeys and establish a clear blueprint for delivery. This collaborative approach will ensure the platform is aligned with the Association's operational priorities while supporting the evolving needs of its membership community.
The new platform will simplify the way members join, renew memberships, book training and events, access professional resources and manage their relationship with the Association. By bringing together CRM, website and member portal into one connected platform, the solution will also improve operational efficiency, automate key processes and provide richer insight into member engagement.
As the UK's leading professional body for arboriculture, the Association plays a vital role in promoting professional standards, education and best practice across the sector. The new platform will provide a scalable digital foundation that supports the Association's continued growth while delivering a more modern and connected experience for members.
